I’ve been using my WordPress mobile app for a few weeks and suddenly today I can’t seem access my stats anymore. I get a message saying “Unable to sign in to JetPack. Please update your credentials and try again.” But my blog is hosted by WordPress so I don’t need JetPack. I’m already signed in with my WordPress password so I don’t understand what just happened and why I’m being asked for a JetPack password.

Hi there – please try reinstalling the app and see if that fixes the glitch. If that doesn’t work, could you please try logging out of the app, and then logging back in with your username – as opposed to using your email address to log in?

I tried both and still nothing. I actually am unable to sign in with just my username. Only with my email address.

Please try deleting the blog from the app, then adding it back.
This won’t affect the blog, only its settings in the app.

Ok, please try completely deleting the app before reinstalling. That should fix most cases. If not, please hang in there until version 3.1.2 is available, which Apple is currently reviewing.
