My mom deleted her account

My mom deleted her account and cannot activate it back with the email that she uses. She needed to create a new account under her same email and it wont let her. The form to re-activate an account is problematic because none of the transaction id, URL or two factor authentication was set up. If someone doesn’t have these how can an account be reactivated?

Hi there! If your mother had deleted her WordPress.com account recently, she should have received an email recently regarding this; she can absolutely reply to the email to ask for her account to be restored, as long as it’s within the first 30 days of the account being deleted:
