my "My Sites" menu options, loads blank WP pages

Good Day to All,
Since the end of January, I receive a blank WP page when I access any menu options (except Customize) in my “My Sites” or any items in the dropdown of my gravatar in upper right.The “Get Help” button at the bottom of the support page also brings up a blank WP page.
This occurs at both my accounts:

Created a new password.
Cleared my cache.
Searched support for similar issues.I am able to continue working on posts via my wp-admin access.
I am not able to access any settings (that I am aware of).Thank you for your time and assistance,

Hi Ren, it sounds like your browser could be having trouble with the scripts.
Can you try another browser to confirm? And if it is your browser, can you let us know which one is broken for you?

I am having the same problem, but I have been unable to log in to my site on another browser to see if it works because I can’t remember my password. I tried changing my password in the browser where I am continually logged in, but it doesn’t allow me to do so, presumably due to the problem I’m having in that browser. What should I do?
