  My name is Dennis edwards and i am now the owner and Wesite manger of my Website as my previous Webmaster has taken ill. So I would like to take over the complete registration of the site and have all charges booked to my account. please can some one contact em to discuss the way I do this i have changed all the emails but I notice that the original registerer of thew site is still the prinipcla email address and bank account holder!
  Asl O have up dated a lot of my pages to reflect the corrct image of our charity but I am having a problem with my latest page Fund Raiser I do not seem to be able to Publish it as it keeps coming up Scheduled and I can not seem to reverse that. please can you tell me what I am doing wrong.

  Hello Dennis,

  You can update the email address associated with your account under Users > Personal Settings.

  Also under Users > Personal Settings, you can delete the stored credit card details. To update your credit card used for auto renew, you can go to Store > My Upgrades.

  Could you please give me the link or the exact title of the page you are having trouble with? I found this page “ORPHAN – FUND RAISER – REVIEW & FINANCIAL RESULT” at the link http://asavo.org/about/ and it appears to have been published fine. If you could provide additional details of the page you are having trouble updating/publishing, I’ll be happy to assist!
