  is it possible I can have that name? how do things get reserved?

  Hi. “Reserved” means the address already belongs to someone else but they haven’t activated the blog yet.

  well isn’t there a chance I can get that address? it’s been a long time since that address has been reserved and the person isn’t even using it:/

  They could be using the name to write on another blog, not their own, they could be using the name to access a Private blog, the name could be used for an account to get an API number for a .ORG blog.

  So many ways the name could be used and not need to have a blog.
