@viajeroscomceci, what is the site you would like to cancel? The account you are currently logged into does not have any purchase history, so it is most likely that you have multiple WordPress.com accounts. I would encourage you to log out of WordPress.com and log in with the username or email that is associated with the account with paid upgrades.
