I already paid. I could not find my site it said it was not set up. I had already done 2 blogs now under my name rather than the blog name i did some entries But it is expecting me to pay again. The site is womenchoosinghappiness.com

Of course I do. I purchased a program when I pulled it was not found I did everything through WP
Also i did not want it published. Its not finished. And i cant stop it
I tried using my alternate account but its asking me to pay. I cannot find a help page that gives me a contact all i got was this support page. I tried removing the photo i cant. I tried tp edit text in first page cant. It does not have a spelk check. I cant seem to find instructions that dont leave me hanging half way. The site keeps going out. Ive spent countless hours on this. I dont always find the link icon i need. What am i doing i dont know txs -
I see you made two different ‘Woman coosing happiness’ sites: https://womenchoosinghappiness.wordpress.com/ (connected to anniquinones) and https://womanchoosinghappines.wordpress.com/ (connected to womanchoosinghappiness).
Your confusion is you are using two different accounts. You need to login to the account connected tot the site you want to use. -
How do I delete one of them and make sure the payment is allocated to the right account,

The domain womenchoosinghappiness.com is not yet registered. Since you have already purchased the Premium plan under your womanchoosinghappiness account (not the anniquinones account) you can log-in to it and register the domain for free.

I fixed it. Now you can go ahead and register your domain under the correct WordPress.com site (womanchoosinghappiness.wordpress.com).

Please note that upon registering a domain the .wordpress.com part of the address will be hidden and your site will be available from womanchoosinghappiness.com only.

I still cannot resolve this issue. When I go to the link you gave me it will not allow me to go any further it is asking to upgrsde pay… again. Where do i go from here please. I spent 5 hrs on this today. I tried to get a receipt. Did not happen Reason for the long hours the system kept kicking me out endless times. This has happened before as well. Please advise. Txs. Ann

Did what you advised. However it is still asking me to payThe system keeps kicking me out and taking me back to the first page reason for duplicates. It is still doing it. Added to the fact that i was overwhelmed. I was 5 hrs on line trying to resolve same thing happened It cut me off from chat endless times. I finally gave up.
Why is it so difficult to resolve a simple billing error? So i can move forward

Make sure that you’re logged in to the account that has already purchased the Premium plan (womanchoosinghappiness) and not the account you’re using to post to this forum thread.
After logging-in to the correct account click on the following link to register your domain for free:

Hi I know you answered I did what you told me and the same thing happened
I wanted to upgrade to your special for $99 but it comes up to $25/mo
I had hoped this would work but it did not.
I think you should know that last nite I spoke to Stacey and sent her a copy of the banks detail she said she was going to give it to her manager to see if this can be resolved. I still do not have a receipt for my payment.
I think it would be best to request a refund and start from scratch. But that would be a long haul I imagine.
I think it fair to tell you that Stacey was going to work on this Im pretty concerned since you have tried but until the payment issue is resolved nothing is going to work. I tried loggin in as you told me and like I said the same thing happened. It will not let me do it.
This is as unreal as I have ever seen. I appreciate your input but your suggestion did not resolve the situation. I don't know if you talk to Stacey I have no idea how you inside function works, but the results are not the greatest. Thanks if you have any further thoughts I'd appreciate them.

womanchoosinghappiness is the account where you have purchased the Premium plan ($99). If you can’t use that account I can happily transfer the Premium plan to the account you’re using to post to this thread (anniquinones).

Thank you wont the sane situation prevail? Also it was asking me to upgrade to for wordpress.org for $99? It continued to ask me to payI just dont understand why this is intricate cant the system do an override by you fot the payment. Or can we both be on line so you can see what Iam talking about
I feel im not making myself clear
All i want the system to recognize my payment. Or to resolve this once and for all just cancel all and refund my money since a credit seems to be mission impossible I cant even get a receipt. In fact in going to call my bank by now it should be processed and collected.

I went ahead and canceled your Premium plan and issued you a full refund. You can now go ahead and purchase the Premium plan on the correct account.
