My new site is not accessible most of the time – why?

I started a new blog at the beginning of this year: https://edisonideas.wordpress.com/
to share entrepreneur ideas to the public. But sadly I found out the blog page isn’t accessible most of the time (quite a few of my friends complained about that) so it doesn’t have enough public exposure as it should be. Anyone knows why?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yeah it’s intermittent. For example it couldn’t show for me the whole morning until Galois mentioned it worked for him. But it’s definitely less stable than my main blog: ly2xxx.wordpress.com for some reason …

Thanks for reaching out about this. Do you happen to know what’s the message the system returns to the users unable to see your site?
My first theory is an IT block of the site whilst being looked from office spaces, as it’s a quite frequent reason for the site not being accessible.

The error message is:
This page can’t be displayed
Make sure the web address https://edisonideas.wordpress.com is correct.
Look for the page with your search engine.
Refresh the page in a few minutes.And your guess is partially right – I seem to only have problems accessing the blog page from office – intermittently. BUT I never had any problems accessing my main blog page ly2xxx.wordpress.com from the same office PC (not even once).
How do you explain that?

It’s possible that your machine has whitelisted your blog and WordPress.com.
I’d suggest you to ask the IT team to whitelist WordPress.com and let me know if you can see the site afterwards.
Have you checked if the problem persists also when accessing the site from outside the office?
