What colours are you trying to change? Which lines do you mean…where are they? And what are you trying to share?

Hi, happiness Engineer, nice name. I use Intergalactic theme for the second day. I goget most of the problems solved. still some remain:
– Colour theme, for the backgrounds, I can change it but it wont stay.
For instance when I open the page the background colours are there but suddenly vanish.
– I had static pages in previous theme, also home page, I wanted to remove them or change them to articles. but got mixed up somehow. Now I think the first article tries to act as a home page???
– I try to put a croix to the connect boxes but it only allows Facebook connection?
Thanks for the kind reply, when I get older I want simple and stupid solutions.

Then, click Colors. You will see this menu, click the background box (which I’ve marked with a red star in the graphic below):

One of the things that appears to be missing is your site title. To make that display, click the link below:
Click “Site Title” and the select “Display Header Text.” SAVE that change.
You have set up your site to display posts on the front page. Is this what you want? If you’d prefer a static page, you can always do so by clicking:
The, click “Front,” and choose “Static Page.” Then, select the Page you want to appear. If you’d prefer for posts to display, you can leave it as-is.

What are the other services you are trying to add? I do see several connections here:

Hello again,
are you pulling my leg.? You can get white or black background unless you pay “99” a year. The black background affects the letters so they melt in to the black, because they must be thicker in black background.
This is hilarious!!!
Connections are OK now, but but but you have to connect manually every time you publish.

Hello once more, I thought a new day would give the answer but no.
The theme don´t work at least in Chrome or in Firefox.
The Theme accepts the changing of style sheets colours but won´t keep them.

You site is appearing properly for me both in Chrome and Firefox — it displays with the settings you’ve configured.
Can you please tell me exactly what isn’t working properly for you and I can investigate further?
It would also help if you took a screenshot that displays the problem you’re having, so I can better understand the issue. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.

You can add the Custom Design upgrade, in order to change the theme’s fonts, colors, and CSS code, if you’d like. You don’t need the full Premium upgrade for this. The less costly Custom Design upgrade allows you to adjust your theme’s designer’s chosen aesthetics.

You don’t need that upgrade at all, of course. You can work with your theme’s default settings. Or, if you’d prefer, you can find a similar theme that better suits your needs! Let me know if you want help with this.
