My notifications don't work properly

I tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, I.E) and it’s the sameThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Could you go to this support guide and check if third party cookies are enabled in your browser: https://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
If they are you should see this message: Great, third party cookies are properly enabled in your browser!
Cookies should be enabled to display Notifications without any problems. So I suggest you check this info first.

I just checked all the browsers and they are all enabled.
Any idea why is this happening? It’s the first time I experience this kind of problem… -

This looks like some browser problem.
Could you try clearing your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and other things mentioned in this support guide?

I mentioned previously that the problem is on all of my browsers (Chrome, Firefox, I.E).
I usually use Firefox, I have the others as backup and I rarely use them. Nevertheless, I cleared cookies and cache in all three, then restarted, but the problem persists… -
Just checked my laptop and tablet and its the same here too… So it’s not a browser problem

Hi there,
Each of those notifications is for likes on a different post on your blog — you can click on the notification to see a list of the people who most recently liked the post, along with a link to the post they liked. Does that look different to you than it did before?

What has WP done now that not all of the notifications are showing up to our e-mail?
I believe this current problem started September 5th, 2015.
I have three active free sites. And I only get mail from one or two at a time and sometimes that changes depending on the day or hour.
I believe this is a WP issue that WP needs to fix. My settings are just fine.
I do not want like notifications but I do want post comment notifications.
Could WP please stop trying to fix what isn’t broken and fix what is.

I have a link with a capture of what I see now in my notifications, please look at it, it’s in my first comment… Of course it’ s not what I used to see.
Now I don’t see in which post someone presses the like button: it says that he liked my post on my blog in general. Only when one makes a comment, only then I see for which post he makes the comment.
Please, fix this asap, it’ s been 4 days now, and it’s really annoying!! -
Thanks for explaining. Our team is making some updates to how some notifications are displayed, which is what you’re seeing in your notifications. I can understand how that’s confusing when you gets likes on a number of different posts at the same time, thought, and I passed along your feedback to our team so they can consider other ways to display those notifications. Thank God! It is obvious that this “improvement” would be confusing! And I am impressed that I am the only blogger who brought this issue to the forum. It seems that yesterday everything went back to normal… hopefully…
