  I had an account with WordPress. It has been a long time since I have logged in. I can not find my old account. It was previously joyouslyhopeful.com on WordPress. My user name was joyouslyhopeful. But when I tried to log in to find it a new account was created with the email I have always used, (email visible only to moderators and staff). Is there any way to retrieve my old account?
