My old blog has been archived or suspended

  I had my old blog http://kompez.wordpress.com, and now that blog is “This blog has been archived or suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service.”, because i violated the wordpress TOS

  Please help me..How can i get back http://kompez.wordpress.com again? I promise i will not violate the wordpress TOS anymore.
  You can delete that contents and i will create new contents which will not violate wordpress TOS again. I promise.
