  WordPress no longer recognises my email address?

  Can you remember if you made a purchase with WordPress.com? If yes, it’s possible to recover the account using a transaction ID.

  A transaction ID can be located on the statement of the card used and can be used with this form here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
