  Aloha roshoppe, Please never share personal information on the forums, including phone numbers or addresses. These forums are public and anybody can view this information.

  WordPress.com tries to provide plenty of warnings when you are deleting a site that the action is permanent. Once a site is deleted, it cannot be restored or used again in the future.

  You deleted roshoppekent.wordpress.com which is why you are no longer able to access the site. As geoffreyshilling mentioned, once a site has been deleted, it cannot be recovered:
