    I stopped using it, and paying the domain and now my online store have disapeared

    Hi there,

    According to our records, you purchased the WordPress.com Premium Plan Plan on Dec 1, 2020. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    However, I do not see that this plan was renewed in 2021, and I can confirm that it has expired due to a lack of renewal. We no longer offer the Premium plan, but you can upgrade to our WordPress.com Pro Plan instead if you wish. More info here

    Once you have upgraded, you can reconnect your previous custom domain to remove the “wordpress.com” portion of your site address.
