    Can you give me a bit more information about the order you’re looking for? I checked your account and it doesn’t look like you’ve ever bought anything from us before.

    Just to be clear, you’re posting in the support forum for the web hosting provider, WordPress.com. If you’re perhaps speaking of a product you ordered from an online store, you need to contact the owners of that store directly to enquire about your order.

    While we do host online stores on WordPress.com, we aren’t involved at all with the management of the stores themselves. We’re just a service provider that offer web hosting services to the store/website owners.
