My organization's website is experiencing a fatal error

    Hello,

    My organization’s website http://www.wdcadpi.org is experiencing a fatal error message. This is the message we see when we go to the site and when we try to log in on the backend:

    Fatal error: Declaration of Tribe__Events__Tickets__EDD__Main::get_attendees() must be compatible with Tribe__Tickets__Tickets::get_attendees(WP_Query $attendees_query, $post_id) in /home1/wdcadpi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/eddtickets/src/Tribe/Main.php on line 6

    I’m sending this message through my personal account because we cannot log in to ask for support on our company account. We’ve been experiencing this issue since last week. We’re desperate for help and to get this site back up and running. Please help!

    I’m sorry, but wdcadpi.org is not hosted at WordPress.com. As such, we are unable to provide any direct assistance in this manner.

    The fact that the site may have been built using WordPress, or may mention ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which can be downloaded and installed on any web host.

    I would recommend getting in touch with your host or domain registrar for support, or checking out these resources if your site was indeed built with WordPress software:

    Hi – we are experiencing the same thing. It’s saying fatal Mailchimp error. http://www.orangegroveconsulting.com Help! I can’t login into the admin site.

    Similarly, your site isn’t hosted with us but with Go Daddy.

    I would check out resources for your self hosted site and see if anyone can assist:

    I would also contact Go Daddy support to see if there is anything they can do on their end.
