I created this account because my actual account is completely gone.
I received an email saying the site was locked out due to too many failed log in attempts and now the whole site is gone.
Without being able to login in I couldn’t find a way to contact you guys so here I am. I need help ASAP -

@ plyofitness815 this site has never been on our servers. Are you using a WordPress.org installation with another host? If so, that’s quite different from a site that is on our servers.
And since your site is not here on our servers, we don’t have access to help you regain access. But I may be able to point you in the right direction.
First contact your host to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:
