The site you have at http://www.elysianalchemy.com looks to be hosted by Namecheap. If that company is your site host, we recommend contacting them *immediately*. Let them know the situation and ask if they offer any support services to help you get your site back under your control.
I was able to locate a Live Chat support area at Namecheap: https://www.namecheap.com/help-center/live-chat/
If your site was hosted here at WordPress.com we would be able to help. Unfortunately it is not. I do hope this information is helpful and enables you to get this resolved more quickly.

Yes I have the URL back now but the work done on wordpress that i paid for was all deleted. Im just going to get my bank to return the funds and put the url back to shopify for now :(. i’m so disappointed.

That domain was never associated with any WordPress.com site, you can check it here.
It sounds like you were using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and hosted it on Google and GoDaddy before that. You may want to reach out to them to see if the backup of your site is available.
If you’re referring to a WordPress.com site, let us know the WordPress.com’s subdomain you registered here so we can have another look.

Sadly they took all the work i paid for and deleted it. refused to refund and demanding more money. they are clearly a fraudulent company. They won’t give me anything unless i give them more money. essentially they’re blackmailing me.

Hi there,
Sorry for the trouble!
I’d recommend changing your login credentials via phpMyAdmin, it’s in your cPanel under Databases. If you’ve lost access to your cPanel, your hosting provider should be able to assist.
If you require further input on this, please consider posting in the right forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
