  i hired a company to do some logo work and they did it then changed all my passwords and are no demanding more money. This is not the account. the account was ElysianAlchemy but they have changed the name and password. i already paid well over $600 usd to have an updated site and they haven’t done it.

  I am not seeing a WordPress.com account for ElysianAlchemy. What was the name changed to? Is https://bookonboard.com/ the site? If so, that is not a WordPress.com-hosted site.
