  I went through forums, but still don’t understand how to connect my current domain with my new wordpress site. Is it enough to prepay one of the package, if so which one should it be? Can i keep using our hosting ? Thank you

  Hello, using a custom domain requires a WordPress.com plan, which is paid annually.

  Hi!

  If you wish to use your domain (custom domain) on a WordPress.com site, you will have to get the WordPress.com Personal plan at the least.

  Can i keep using our hosting ?

  Are you already having a hosting space elsewhere? Note that if you want to use WordPress.com, that primarily means that hosting space is provider by WordPress.com.

  If you are already having a hosting space elsewhere (with a different provider), you can make use of that hosting space to setup a WordPress.org site.

  If you want to use WordPress.com instead, you can cancel that hosting package at your will and link your domain to your WordPress.com site using this guide. https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
