  Hi there, we cannot upload custom themes here at WordPress.com for security reasons. We have 377 to choose from in our Theme Showcase.

  If you wish to use your own theme, you will need to self-host your own installation of the WordPress software on a different web host. For more on self-hosting, see this support page.
