  Thanks for your question but I think that you might be in the wrong forum. This forum is for sites hosted at WordPress.com.

  No problem though as there is good support for self-hosted sites at WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/support/

  And a Jetpack support forum too: https://jetpack.com/support/
