My own visits to the blog are counted when they shouldn't

  At the buttom of the statistics page on my blog, it is said that my own visits are not counted but everytime I access the front page, it is counted as a visit. Could you please advise?

  You’ll need to be currently logged in as a user on the blog to not be counted.

  Are you logged in as a user on the blog in question?

  No, I usually access it through wordpress.com, I suppose this sets me up as admin. anf from here I can click on “my blog” to get to the front page or post. What do I need to not be counted.

  You’ll need to be sure that you aren’t visiting your blog first (before you are logged in), – that would count as an visit.

  Are you going directly to WordPress.com, then logging in, then visiting your blog via the My Blog menu?
