I would like to create a landing page for referrals in a similar template to the https://wendyloveagencyreferral.wordpress.com/ I seem to be having trouble setting up a single page and not a complete website. I may also be rushing around to much, a little assistance to become a little more familiar would be helpful thank you!

Hi there,
The page you link to has a simple static front page with a contact form.
To do the same, go to My Site ->Pages and create a new page. Click the + button to add a contact form (detailed instructions at Contact Form), add any other content you want, and publish the page.
If that’s all you want on the site, delete any other default pages or posts that are already on the site.
Next you need to go to the Customizer. Click on My Sites, then click the Customize button next to Themes. Click on Static Front Page. Select the Static page option and then select your landing page next to Front Page. Leave the Posts Page option blank.
Save, and you should be good to go.
