  Hi, i have billed but i am not using the webpage anymore. I even could not sign in to the webpage i have created. If you check, you will see that i am not using it more than a year. So, could you please help me to unsubscribe and if it is possible to pay me back the last purchase. Thanks

  Hi, i have a premium account called ‘kıbrıslıgezgin’ but i am not using it and it has been more than a year that i am not using it. The thing is, i forgot to unsubscribe and i have billed again for the following year bit i have no intention to use it and i want to cancel it and if it is possible i would be very happy to get back the last payment i made in 2019. Thanks again.

  Now, we can still cancel and refund your plan, but the domain kibrisligezgin.com is past the 72-hour refund period, so the refund will be $18 less.

  I have taken care of that for you now, and disabled auto-renew on the domain registration.

  Yes, depending on your credit card provider, you’ll see the credit on your account within the next 10 days (though usually far less).
