I can’t update no longer my Page and I have to open an other page.

Are you able to log out of your
ascaniograziosi311217account and log into the account connected to https://ascaniograziosi.net? Do you remember the login credentials? -

To reach that other site please log out of this https://wordpress.com/forums/users/ascaniograziosi311217/ account and log back in to WordPress.com with your other username/account which is:
https://wordpress.com/forums/users/graziosiascanio/ and correct password of course. -

You shouldn’t have any issues updating your site once you have accessed the correct account, which is
graziosiascanio. Once you have logged into that account, you should be able to update your site and also reach support from https://wordpress.com/help/contact. -

graziosiascanioaccount to update the new section.if you want to delete

I did it. But ow I can update NEWS already published, but when I want to add a new item, by clicking on the left side, isn’t working.
I can’t update the other Sections: Publication, etc.
And I don’t know how to upload a document.

What exactly are you clicking?
To add new content to the News tab on your site you need to publish a new post. You do that by going to My Site ->Site ->Posts, and clicking the Add New button. That will take you to the editor where you can create and publish your post, and it will appear under News in the site menu automatically.
I can’t update the other Sections: Publication, etc.
The Publications tab on your site is a page. To edit that, go to My Site ->Site ->Pages, and click on the page you want to edit.
And I don’t know how to upload a document.
Create a new or edit an existing post or page. Click the + button to insert a new block, and look for the File block. That block contains an upload button you can then use to upload the file from your computer hard drive to your site, and the document will appear in the post or page as a downloadable link.

That depends on you, you can either keep on using the Classic editor that you were using up until now, or you can change to the new Block Editor. Here is more information about it, if you need help:
