my page cant be found

  Im getting this error—
  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/content/51/11835751/html/wp-content/plugins/google-sitemap-plugin/google-sitemap-plugin.php on line 133

  so, i cant even log into my wp-admin
