My Page got lost

hello,
I worked on my blog all day yesterday and I had about 2000 words put in. It was really good and I had a lot of stuff done I even put a couple of links in. Then I went to my e-mail to check on something and when I came back everything was gone. It was back to what it was originally when you guys first set it up. Now I can’t find other work that I did. It told me that it was Auto saving every little while so I thought that I was okay, but I guess I wasn’t. I had even preview the site twice and everything looked good. What do I do now? Please help me, soon, I really don’t want to have to repeat everything because it took forever to get it right. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. I hope to hear from you as soon as possible.
