  hi i am unable to access my dashboard stuck on ‘loading my sites’

  Hi there,

  Are you referring to the My Sites page on WordPress.com, or the actual WP-Admin dashboard of your site?

  If the My Sites page, try clearing your browser cache and disable any browser add-ons you have enabled to see if that helps.

  If the problem is with WP-Admin, we have no control over that, as your sites aren’t hosted with us, just connected here via Jetpack. In that case, please ask for advice from the WordPress.org community instead at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
