  my page is not coming up?

  also did I buy a blog or a web page or both

  I really wanted a web page

  but having a blog would be ok too

  Regarding having a blog vs. a website, the main difference here would be whether you want to have regularly updated content on the front page of your site or if you would prefer to have a static front page. If you would like to create a static front page, you can do so following the instructions here:
