My page isn’t working (can’t write, post or edit)- but I can’t get help unless I pay?

    I got the free page, just to try it out. But now my page is frozen, yet it looks like I can’t get any support or my page fixed unless I’m a paid member. But I’m not going to pay unless my page is fixed? Should I just give up on WordPress? They seem pretty hopeless.

    Hi mjgutzmann, I actually don’t see any sites on this account. Can you confirm its address?

    Generally if the page looks “frozen” and isn’t loading at all, it means your browser is blocking part of our scripts. That is assuming the site is hosted and managed here, though. If you set up an installation with another hosting provider, you could be having some other issue.

    Please send a link to the site so we can hopefully see what you’re seeing.
