my page links disappeared

  I have several pages as part of my blog. The links showed on the right sidebar. Now all the page links have disappeared. From the dashboard I can view all the pages, but all the links are gone. I have not knowingly changed any settings, but I am generally a non-techie person, so it’s entirely possible that I did something stupid.
