my page menu does not show the actual pages.
-
it seems like the “page menu” is stucked in an old configuration of the pages. actually, one of the links does not work because I deleted that page. Nevertheless, my page widget at the footer shows them correctly. I tried to log out and in, restart the browser, checked in explorer…
please tell me how I could fix it. my only idea is to change the theme and come back, but I am afraid that I will lose a lot of settings.

Howdy!
Your site is using a custom menu that will remain as it is, regardless of page changes. You can edit it via the Appearance->Menus page on your WordPress.com site’s dashboard. The direct link is https://picturesofmars.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php
If you need any instructions on how to edit custom menus, we have a page, complete with a screencast, of how it all works at Custom Menus.
If you have any questions or need anything else, please let me know. Cheers!
