My page not showing up

  I’m using the safari browser and a Mac computer. When I go to “Write,” it looks like my site is loading up, but after awhile the page turns up blank. It wasn’t doing this before. Should I use a different browser? Thanx for any help. -Ella

  Hey there Ella, this sounds like it’s likely a browser issue indeed, but as long as your browser is up to date, it’s probably relatively easy to fix. First, try a hard refresh:

  – Safari: ⌘ Command + ⌥ Option + R
  – Chrome/Firefox: ⌘ Command + ⇧ Shift + R
  – Windows: Ctrl + F5
  – Linux: Ctrl + ⇧ Shift + R

  If that doesn’t work, try clearing your browser cache:
  https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/

  If that still does not work, please do confirm whether you have the same problem in another browser, and let us know what browser versions you’re using. We’ll go from there!
