my page not showing up in search??

    hi there, i have googled my site name (pooka designs) and although my social media sites etc come up, there is no sign of my wordpress site, unless i spefically type it in. I have it as a .net site and neither one comes up. I havent done much/ any activity on it as yet, could that be why? is it an seo issue? if so, why do old myspace site that i havent used for years come up and an old blogspot site that i got years ago but never used come up, and yet this fresh new WP one isnt anywhere to be found!!any help or guidance much appreciated

    What attracts search engines like Google to index blogs is unique content the cannot be found anywhere else on the internet. If you have not published then get busy and publish frequently. If you have published then keep publishing original content frequently because it can take weeks before indexing will happen.

    Note: Even if you do not verify the blog the content will be indexed by search engines so don’t feel panicky about this please.

    Yes. To fix it, post more.

    Because it’s new, and new websites, unless they post a lot of material quickly, are not indexed by search engines for several weeks.

    thanks guys,
    however now when i type in my address the page opens but it tells me i must be lost, that there is nothing there!! i did try to put up a post but it didnt seem to work as this page came up, so i dont know whats going on!!! arr going nuts!! help please!! xx
