  Hi, I missed an email notifying me of my card not going through and my site has disappeared. Please help!

  Hi,
  I’m tagging modlook here as the staff will definitely need to check this.

  In the meantime, if you’re certain that you created the site on this account, you can try checking if it is listed in My Site(s) tab (https://wordpress.com/sites) as the default domain name (mydomain.wordpress.com) and free plan usually take over to keep your site ‘alive’ even after the expiry of a custom domain name or paid plan.

  The last purchase on your account did go through, it was for the premium plan, but for some reason your domain wasn’t attached to it, so that expired.

  Your site still exists at https://iamawomanwho.wordpress.com/ and I have contacted our domain registrar to restore iamawomanwho.com

  This can take up to 3 days, but we’ll let you know here when it’s been recovered.
