my page won't get published

the wierdest thing is happening. I have been trying to publish a page since sunday and it is not working. But the wierdest thing is that now I tried to publish a different page and it worked perfectly! i thought the problem had been solved, so once again i copy and pasted the same content i had tried to publish earlier, made another new page, pasted, and it didn’t publish! it’s as if the content i’m trying to publish has a problem or something! i tried changing the format, sending it to myself in an email and copying that, saving it differently, nothing works. i also can’t see a preview of the page i’m working on or save a draft.

How are you connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com? The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers.
Are you using http:// or https:// see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
Which browser and version of it are you using? Have your tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies

hey thanks a lot, i probably should have mentioned this right away:
i tried using firefox (not the latest version), safari (latest version), and google chrome (latest version). none of them worked .besides, i just today published another page, it’s jsut that when i paste in the words (straight from microsoft word, copy pasted, like i always do) of the one page it won’t publish that one. -

Microsoft WORD is a wordpressor it is not a blog editor. WORD is not web compliant. If you have been copying and pasting text from elsewhere without using either icon 5 or icon 6 in Row 2 of the visual editor, please see here so you know how to do this correctly in the future. http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#pasting-text
