How can the visitors see/visit my pages (like “about me”)? It doesn’t appear.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Looking at your blog, the issue is you don’t have a menu. You can add a custom menu in Appearance->Menus. The Custom Menus support doc http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/ does a great job of walking your through the steps.
After that, you will need to use the customizer to select that menu to be visible. In your dashboard go to Appearance->Customize. That will pull up your blog with a blue bar down the right with options to customize. Click on Menus. Select your menu from the Primary Menu drop down. Click Save in the bottom right. Refresh your blog and your menu should show on the left side of your blog.
Good luck.

No. You don’t need a custom menu.
You can either use a theme with a tabbed header, in which case Pages automatically show up there, or you use a Pages widget in your sidebar or footer, which automatically displays static pages.

You can add spaces into your site title (not the URL). The Site title (blog name) and/or the optional Tagline can be changed on the top of this page at any time. > Settings > General …
“save changes”. That is exactly where search engine spiders look for the site title and removing it from there can cause issues with getting your content indexed. Note that the site title (blog name) and blog address URL do not have to be the same but it’s better for SEO (search engine optimization) if they are the same. All reasons for non-appearance of posts on Topics pages can be found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/#missing-posts
Note that you need to edit some posts and reduce the combined number of categories and tags so they do not exceed 15 on any post.
For editing see: http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/The detailed theme description you can consult is here https://wordpress.com/themes/fictive/
