My pages are not publishing correctly, how do I restore them?

In my dashboard, I have 5 pages which appear to be published. One of them is the “Home” page. One of them is “About Little L’s portrait”. Neither one of them are actually published meaning they don’t show up when one logs on.
Another page which I’ve deleted continues to show up “Letters to my family” as a tab at the top. This worked fine until a couple of days ago then went wonky…

It seem you have a manually created custom menu. Please also remove the menu item when you’ve deleted a page.
