My pages only show excerpts instead of the full contents.

  My posts seem to be working fine, but the pages (e.g. the About pages) do not show the full content they are supposed to, only an excerpt. The full content appears correctly when I preview the page during editing.

  Any ideas on how to fix this?

  Hi there!

  The issue is with the Page template. It appears your Home and Page templates have the same exact design. The Page template should be different. I’m not sure if this was intentional, but this might have been the result of editing the “Page” template using the Site Editor instead of editing a page directly.

  To fix this, please follow these steps:

  • Click My Site → Appearance → Editor.
  • Click the Site Icon at the top left. That will slide out the “Design” sidebar.
  • Click “Templates” → “Manage all templates”
  • Click the three dots next to the “Page” template and click Clear customizations. See the screenshot below.
