my pages tabs have disappeared. . .

Hi. .when I follow the link to my home page. . . .magickloveandhealing. . .it doesn’t show the pages at the top. . .they were there before. . . is there a reason for this. Also when I go to my ‘pages’. . there is a blog post there as a page. . .not sure what happened there. If I delete it on the ‘pages’ page. . .will it also delete from my blog list. . . . .look forward to your reply. . .thanks. . . .marilynxx

Hi,
When you set activate a custom menu in Appearance -> Menus under the Theme Locations module, only the items you’ve added on the right will appear in your primary navigation menu.
You have a couple of options from Appearance -> Menus:
1. Change the primary menu drop down to the empty selection, then click Save.
By doing this, only the published pages will appear in your navigation menu (in alphabetical order).
2. In the Pages module on the left, you can click the Pages you want to add to your custom menu by checking the box(es), then click Add to Menu.
Once you’re done, click Save Menu on the right, too.

What’s the title of the page you’re referring to?

‘Lots of energy for renewal’ is the blog appearing as a page. . . .I managed to return the pages to menu’s above. . . don’t know what happened. . .as they were there previously. But question still. . .if I delete ‘Lots of energy for renewal’ as a ‘page’ will it also be deleted from my blog list? thanks. . .Simple language good for me. . . not tech talk. . ..xx

By blog list, do you mean the Recent Posts widget in the sidebar on the right?
If so, deleting the page won’t affect that since there’s also a post with the same title:
1. (Page) http://magickloveandhealing.com/lots-of-energy-for-renewal/
2. (Post) http://magickloveandhealing.com/2012/08/30/lots-of-energy-for-renewal/
On the page, you can click the Edit link at the bottom (right above the comment form) to go to the Edit Page screen.
Then, in the Publish module, click Move to Trash.
