My paid account got suddenly deleted and website become unreachable

I received 4 emails from wordpress.com on 1/7/2024:
one was titled : DZ ELITE ZONE accepted your invitation:
two were titled: Confirmation needed to finish blog transfer
forth one: Email Address Update Requested
I did not click Authorize Transfer button in the two emails, and I responded to the forth email to say I did not request the email update.On 1/7/2024, my account was deleted, I lost access to my admin account
On 1/8/2024, my website became unreachableI have sent request email to help@wordpress.com asking for help, one person responded initially, after I told the trouble I am facing, the person quickly disappeared, I have sent many emails to follow up. no more response.
I need help to recover my account, any one else encountered this kind of problem before? Can anyone give me some advice? where to go to get help?

Could you tell us which email address you sent the email from? I don’t see any recent emails from you, so we’d need to locate the email so that we can continue to assist you via email.
