My paid plan disappeared overnight and been pu to the free plan

  I registered yesterday to the personal plan. But it shows me that I am still on the free plan and I need to upgrade.

  I got a receipt from Paypal with the following Transaction ID: ########

  I worked yesterday on the site when I purchased the plan. Everything I did was deleted. I logged out and in many times but nothing changed. I am still set on the free plan.
