my paid plan got removed, need help

Hello dear WordPress team,
I am writing this email in oder to claim the issue regarding to my paid plan. on 2024 sep 11th, I purchased one premium annual plan for about 114.24 euro under Johannes Ziska’name ( I have the bill as proof, the paid plan will be valid for one year). I did realised I need more functions from WordPress, so later on 2025 Feb 24 I made a new purchase, in order to upgrade my plan to business plan, which costed me 290.36 euro. after one day, I decided to cancel the business plan, which I think my premium basic plan is enough for me business too. the result now is my premium plan also got cancelled, I cannot go back to my paid plan anymore, now my websites I am in ‘ free plan’ status. I would like to claim this issue, either I would like to get me premium plan back, or another solution would be: you don’t give me back my paid plan, I will get refund for 114,24 euro.

I have checked your account and found that you canceled the plan rather than downgrading the site’s plan from the Business plan to the Premium plan
I have restored the Premium plan for the site.
