My paid premium plan is gone?

  I purchased the premium paid annual plan this Jan with proof of receipt and plan history in my account

  Why today I find my site (and the only site) become a free plan?

  is this some kind of human error? Ironically i lost my customer support access because I am now a ‘free’ plan.

  This is NOT acceptable to a commercial service provider as I paid for the service please FIX ASAP.

  check this billing history. the plan (or the site, i should say?) works well last week. but all the domain have changed to .wordpress that sent my brain a good alert this morning

  If this is a systematic error on your side, you should fix ASAP I can not be the last victim
