My paid site has been hacked
-
My paid site has been hacked and I’m locked out because the individual who did this request for a user request and has made changes to my website. They changed the user name and password once they did this I have no way of access. I have been trying to get in contact with word press for the last 2 days. I have a string of emails to show proof I have been contacted from a Mike H. I also have proof I purchased the domain name in January of 2016. I need someone to contact me immediately. Site is called
onetikaronepeople.orgThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

onetikaronepeople.org looks to be hosted here on WordPressdotcom. Unless you gave them YOUR log in details, which of course you should never do, they don’t have the ability to lock you out.
If you added this person as a user to your site and gave them an Admin or Editor role, they can do anything they want on the site and it will not be considered wrongdoing by WordPressdotcom. https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/
If you wish to remove them as a user you can follow this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#removing-users

but they have changed the user name and password allowing me to have no access…. no i did not add them as a user!!! WordPress should be able to reset the password correct? and user name if they are not authorized.

Then let’s wait for Staff to reply; they can see behind the scenes and see which user account did what.

Hi there,
I have a string of emails to show proof I have been contacted from a Mike H
Via which email address have you been communicating with Mike? This forum thread is the only support contact in your account history. If you’re already in contact with a staff member via email, you should continue replying in that existing ticket instead of starting new threads in the forum using a different account.
They changed the user name and password once they did this I have no way of access.
The username of the account owning the site, onetikaronepeople.org , has not been changed. That site is still owned by the same username that created it 11 months ago, onetikaronepeople.
I also have proof I purchased the domain name in January of 2016.
If you have the receipt from your domain purchase, you can enter the transaction ID appearing on the receipt in the Account Recovery form. That will instantly verify you as the site owner and we’ll be able to help you regain access to the site. You can find the recovery form here:

Kokkieh,
Ok you are correct the user name was not changed but the password was once the individual request for a new email registration which is still unauthorized. I filled out the recovery form but where do I find my authentication code that is the only thing I need to recover. And why hasn’t Mike H. The Happiness Engineer got back in touch with me since he was the one who asked if I did not authorize this request I should respond immediately!!! I have proof of purchase I can email you for verification for you all to reset the password and to reset the original registered email. Can you please email me personally I am a paying customer and I want to pay for the next billing cycle with another credit card but I can’t do that because I’m locked out.
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
Thank you -
It looks like you have been replying to your email you sent us again and again and again. Every time you reply to an existing email your email gets moved to the bottom of the queue, so it takes longer to get a reply.
I need you to please stop emailing us from your gmail address and wait for an answer on that email. I cannot help you via this thread, as the account you’re using to post here has no connection whatsoever to the site you’re trying to access.
