My paid upgrade for maping to the dot com is MIA ??

  I get the message below (when I got to www. medfordphotography.com) — I paid the fee last August for mapping – I can’t find any link for email help from WordPress – and no “happiness engineer” ever comes up ???

  Is there any way to reach wordpress? My website apparently has been nonfunctional for some time – despite the fact that I paid the domain mapping fee last fall. I found out quite by accident from someone who has been trying to view it.

  How do I reach the wordpress people? There seems to be no email or anything ??
