  I made this site for our page which is known as my pain have no medicine. But use my personal email. How can we make a site for page

  You will require an email address for a your WordPress.COM account.

  If you do not want your personal email to be associated with it you can change the email address to a different one which is not your personal email.

  You can change the email address from your account settings: https://wordpress.com/me/account

  NOTE: You will need to confirm the new email address as well, so make sure you change it to an address that you have access to.
