My parked domain

Hello, my domain is registered with google. I no longer want to use this domain with WordPress. I have canceled my plan and have yet to get a refund. My page shows nothing related to Val-deez.com and says it’s mapped to redirect with another WordPress account. I am beyond frustrated at this point. All I want is my domain released from WordPress and or a link to get the authorization code to pay to get it back to blogger.

I can see that val-deez.com was transferred to us at WordPress.com on August 31st and then attempted to remove on Sept 4th.
A partial refund has been sent your way. $70 of the $96 were refunded. The domain portion, the missing $26 is not refundable. That $70 should reach you in about ten days. At that point it’d be best to contact your financial party to inquire about when they’ll be releasing the funds in to your account. On occasion, we hear about places that hold on to this for 1-2 billing cycles. So, it’s best to follow up with them. Now that we’ve released the money we have no control over when they release it to you. I hope that makes sense.
As for the domain transfer, it’s not possible to transfer a domain that you no longer own. I have to restore the domain in order for you to maintain ownership of it. Once that’s done, you can update the DNS records or Name Servers to point it back to Blogger or wherever you wish to do so — Towards the end of October you’ll be able to transfer it again. There’s a 60 day window that you’ll have to wait out as part of the ICANN regulations.
The domain has been restored. These are the instructions you’ll use to point it to the provider that you want to use (Blogger I believe). Contact them to find out what name servers you should use to point to their service.
